Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods:
– USPS First Class Mail: 4–7 business days
– USPS Priority Mail (optional upgrade): 2–3 business days

Note: During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is free for select gift sets. Additional shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout.

Tracking:
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and Puerto Rico.

Processing Time:
Orders ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery may take 2–3 weeks depending on location and customs clearance.

PO Boxes:
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered by local carriers. Tracking may be unavailable. Delivery can take up to 2–4 weeks.

Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are required by law to declare the full retail value of the items. Unfortunately, we cannot mark packages as gifts.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

CINTIRELLAS is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and keep all packaging materials for documentation.

 

Currency & Exchange Rates

All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or card provider may charge additional conversion or processing fees. We are not responsible for changes in exchange rates.

 

Returns & Refunds
